Usage of the Craving Australia website warrants acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Our Products
We supply authentic Australian Products and well known brands. We deal with reputable and established suppliers to provide the best quality products to our customers. Each product is checked by our staff to ensure no defects exist before it leaves our warehouse. If our products arrive at your with an expired use by date or you’re satisfied with the quality of our purchase, please refer to our refunds policy on this page.

Our products are always available unless otherwise stated. Our store rooms are kept at recommended temperatures ensuring product quality levels are constantly maintained to a high standard. Our products are kept in clean and secure storage units and are always kept off the floor.

Shipping Service
We use Australia Post to ship our items (regular air mail). If you would like to receive your products faster (express) or via registered post, please contact us and we will get back to you with a quote.

Shipping Time
Shipping time depends on your location and size of your order. If you have concerns or queries regarding your current or potential order, please send us an email with your question and we will reply to you as soon as possible.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are dependent on your location and size of order. We use Australia Post’s shipping system to calculate freight costs. For more information about Australia Posts freight charges please visit Australia Post.

We charge our customers based on the following:
1. Total weight of order
2. An additional charge based on your location (Zone)

Transactions
We use Paypal as the payment method for all transactions. Use of the PayPal system on our website is bound by PayPal’s User Agreement Policy. Using our PayPal feature warrants acceptance of this policy. For further information, please visit PayPal’s User Agreement page.

International Delivery
According to Australia Post, the following delivery times will apply:

Airmail
Delivery within 3-10 business days depending upon destination.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery times of Australia Post services which may be delayed if parcels are subject to customs inspection, or due to seasonal peak periods. Craving Australia ships items using regular economy shipping. If you would prefer an alternative method of delivery, please email us and we will provide you with a quote.

If you are having your parcel delivered to a work address, please include your company name in the address details to ensure prompt delivery.

Customs
We are required to state the contents and value of each parcel dispatched. Customs duties may be payable and are the responsibility of the purchaser/receiver of the order. We advise checking with your local customs agency before placing an order as we do not provide a refund when items are refused due to customs regulations.

Please also note that customs may open or inspect your order which may result in a delay.

Returned Parcels
Parcels returned due to no fault of Craving Australia (i.e. an incorrectly given or incomplete address, parcel not collected from post office, refused delivery etc) will only be resent at the customers expense. Food items are unable to be resent and we do not provide a refund in these circumstances. We strongly advise if you are sending a gift that you confirm the delivery address prior to placing your order as we are unable to redirect parcels once they are in transit.

Chocolate disclaimer
All our products are carefully packed and never exposed to direct sun, Craving Australia cannot be held responsible for the melting of products while in transit.

The packages are collected from inside our store from the couriers and are not left outdoors waiting for them to be picked up. We put notes on the package stating ‘fragile’ or ‘containing chocolate – not to be left in sun’, and keep all products cool before shipping. But, once the products leave our premises, unfortunately we have no control.

Dispatch time
All orders are dispatched within 48 hours.

Refunds
If for some reason you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase, please notify us via e-mail for a return authorization and agreement. We do not accept items returned after 14 working days and in any case, that are damaged, not in the condition originally supplied, or due to an incorrect address provided by you. As mentioned previously, we are required to state the contents and value of each parcel dispatched. Customs duties may be payable and are the responsibility of the cutomer. We advise checking with your local customs agency before placing an order as we do not provide a refund when items are refused due to customs regulations or are removed from the parcel/s. Please also note that customs may open or inspect your order which may result in a delay.

Cost of return shipping will not be covered by Craving Australia. Once we receive and review your package, we will notify you of our decision by e-mail.

Limitation of liability
In no event shall Craving Australia be held liable for loss of any parcel or non-parcel item occurring during shipment to the customer or arising from any delays in the delivery of the parcel or non-parcel item. The customer acknowledges and agrees that the customer is fully responsible for any and all of customs and/or nationalization fees, taxes, or other charges or wahtever nature relating to the shipment of any parcel to the customer. No refunds are offered for loss of parcel or delays in delivery. By using our website you agree to release Craving Australia of any liability.

Craving Australia does not accept responsibility for any loss of, damage to, late delivery or non-delivery of goods ordered from our web site. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to release Craving Australia from any liability relating to loss of, damage to, late delivery or non-delivery of any goods you order from this web site and expressly and irrevocably do so by your use of the service. Australia Post accepts no responsibility for any loss of, damage to, late delivery or non-delivery of, goods ordered from our website.

Disclaimer

“Craving Australia” is not responsible for nor does it give any warranty in respect of any materials, food stuffs, drinks or other supplies which give rise to:

– any adverse affect on any person due to allergy or intolerant reaction arising from that person’s consumption of any food, drink or object any other item sold or supplied by “Craving Australia”;

– any damage suffered by any person using any goods supplied by “Craving Australia”;

– any damage suffered by any person in the conduct of any activity relating to goods supplied by “Craving Australia”;

– any loss or damage to any material and goods including food and drink agreed to be supplied by “Craving Australia”, which damage occurs in transit, during delivery or in any other manner after the material has left the offices of “Craving Australia”.
