1. How do I place an order?
You can select as many different products (and quantities of each product) as you like to clicking the “Add to cart” button. Once you have finished selecting the products you wish to purchase, click on the “Your Basket” tab in the top right hand corner to take you to the checkout page. On this page you will receive an updated total of the products you wish to purchase and the shipping fee. Please then select your region to ensure the correct shipping fee is applied. Complete your purchase by clicking on the “Checkout with Paypal button” and you will be taken to the secure Paypal system where you will be required to enter your personal information and payment details. Once payment has been made, your order is then confirmed and will be dispatched to you within 24-48 hours.

2. I don’t have a PayPal account. Can I still purchase a product?
Yes. Once you checkout, you will be directed to PayPal where you can either enter your PayPal login details OR your credit card details to complete the transaction.

3. How do I know if my transaction or order was successful?
You will receive an email from PayPal with your transaction details as well as an email from Craving Australia with your order details.

4. What currency are the prices in?
The prices of our products and shipping rates are in AUD (Australian Dollar). When purchasing via our Paypal system, you will be paying in your local currency (conversion from AUD to your currency).

5. Are your products always in stock?
Yes.

6. How are products shipped?
We ship worldwide via Australia Post (regular air mail). We can also ship the items to you via registered shipping which is trackable (please select the option upon checkout). If you require the products urgently, please send us an email and we will get back to you with the Express/Priority Shipping cost.

7. How long will I have to wait to receive my order?
Once your order is placed, it is dispatched within 48 hours. Once dispatched, your order should arrive at your doorstep between 10 and 14 working days-depending on your location. Please note that delivery times can not be guaranteed. Please also note that your products may be delayed if subject to customs inspection.

8. How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is calculated based on the weight of the total order and the Zone according to Australia Post. (For more information on Zones, refer to question #9)

9. Why do I have to pay extra for shipping to North America, Middle East or the Rest of the World?
Our shipping prices are Australia Post’s shipping prices. Australia Post shipping charges are based on Zones. Each Zone is priced differently. For more information, visit Australia Post’s website (opens in new window)

10. Does the delivery fee include custom duties and taxes?
Australia Post requires us to state the contents and value of each package shipped internationally. Customs duties may be payable and are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local authorities before placing an order as we do not issue refunds when products/packages are refused due to customs decision.

11. Are the products actually from Australia?
As Craving Australia is located in and operates from Australia, all the products we sell are sourced from companies here in Australia.

12. Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes we do. Send us an email outlining your bulk order and we’ll get back to you with a special price.

13. I have found your products for a cheaper price on another website. Will you match the price?
We are confident that our prices and service are second to none. If you happen to find our products at a cheaper price on another website, send us the details and we will be more than happy to beat that price!

14. I can’t find a product that I’m looking for. What can I do?
Send us an email with the name of the product you are looking for and we will source the product and get back to you with our special price.

15. The chocolate products I ordered look like they melted. Can I get a refund?
All our products are carefully packed and never exposed to any direct heat. Once they are with Australia Post, unfortunately we have no control over them. Craving Australia can not be held responsible for the melting of any products while in transit.

17. Why is the shipping item weight greater than the product’s actual weight?
The weight stated on each product label is the weight of the product only – that does not include the weight of the packaging that it comes in. For each product, we list the shipping weight which is the total weight of the item (including the weight of the packaging) as well as weight of the box that the item/s will be shipped to you in. e.g. On a packet of Tim Tams it states that it is 200g, however that means that the Tim Tams themselves weigh 200g. The packaging that the Tim Tams are packed in weigh 30g. Therefore the actual weight of the Tim Tams is 230g. We also add a small amount of weight to account for the weight of the box that the items will be shipped to you in. e.g. an extra 30g per packet. The total weight would therefore be 260g. To put it simply – TOTAL WEIGHT equals PRODUCT WEIGHT + PRODUCT PACKAGING WEIGHT + SHIPPING BOX WEIGHT
